- Submit the contact form on this Site;
- Submit our online claim intake form;

- Provide public adjusting services, including claim status updates and appointment scheduling, by phone, text, and email;

- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed Michigan public adjuster.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, regardless of the circumstances, except as necessary to provide the text messaging service itself (for example, our SMS delivery platform) or as required by law.
If you provide your phone number to us, we may send you text messages related to your claim, such as status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, and requests for documentation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. 6. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. This information is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser’s cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

9. Your Choices & Rights
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information in Section 13.
- Opting out of text or email communications does not affect our ability to contact you by phone regarding an active claim you have asked us to handle.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
